About Us

Our Roots

My name is Keri Williamson and I am the owner of Five Oaks Goat Milk Soap, but I am not the one who started it! My husband, Travis Williamson is who started it all in 2018. He randomly decided he wanted to get goats and start drinking their milk and making soap, so that's exactly what he did. We started off with two lamancha kids named Pearl and Hazel and decided to get their mom who was already in milk. He started making soap and selling to friend and family, and I eventually took over a year later. I put my own spin on things and started using natural colorants, doing swirls, and creating decorative tops. I made a Facebook group in 2019 and started selling through it and haven't looked back.

Our family has grown a lot in the last few years. When we bought our first goats we had one son and I was pregnant with our daughter! We now have three children and are truly blessed. Our farm has grown since our first two goats as well, we now have six goats, two mini horses, three dogs, and a cow.

I can't say that homeschooling/ raising three children, taking care of animals, and running a business is easy, but we wouldn't change a thing! We've had our ups and downs but we have God and he helps us through it. Just as the mighty oak has it's deep roots in the soil, we have our roots deep in Christ.

We are Five Oaks Goat Milk Soaps and we thank you for your business!
